Property Launch Campaign – Aston House, Surrenden Invest
Surrenden Invest briefed and instructed us to create the launch campaign for Aston House, home to 32 delightfully presented apartments in a convenient location in the town of Gerrards Cross. Developed to suit both investors and owner-occupiers – from first-time buyers to downsizers – the homes offer either one or two bedrooms, along with spacious open plan areas for living and socialising.
We needed to create a brand and style which would captivate audiences and reflect the style and design of the property development itself across a variety of touchpoints including: Property Logo Design & Branding, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Development Brochure Design, Floorplan Brochure Design, Printed Hoarding, Print Adverts, Printed Flyers and Printed Leaflets.
