Surrenden Invest briefed and instructed us to create the launch campaign for Trafford Park Crescent, an exclusive collection of 10 luxury two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments in one of Manchester’s most sought-after suburbs. Located 100 meters from Trafford Park Railway station, which is just one stop away from the city centre. The development will benefit from private landscaped gardens and parking for each apartment.
We needed to create a brand and style which would captivate audiences and reflect the style and design of the property development itself across a variety of touchpoints including: Property Logo Design & Branding, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Development Brochure Design & Floorplan Brochure Design.
