Surrenden Invest briefed and instructed us to create the launch campaign for Fountain Lofts, Digbeth, Birmingham. Exclusive to Surrenden Invest, Fountain Lofts is a red brick, New York-style development located in Birmingham’s trendiest city centre neighbourhood.
Our creative team exceptionally experienced within property marketing got to work and created the branding, design work and printed marketing materials which reflected the style and design of the property development itself. Inspired by the New-York-esque style we produced a variety of marketing assets.
