Surrenden Invest briefed and instructed us to create the launch campaign for Westminster Works, combining a superb specification with outstanding facilities such as 24/7 concierge, private residence gym, roof garden and cinema room. The 243 elegant, loft-style apartments bring a new standard of living to a city that hast it all, Westminster Works is located in Digbeth, the creative quarter of the UK’s second largest city, slap bang in the middle of where every 20 something wants to be seen.
We needed to create a brand and style which would captivate audiences and reflect the style and design of the property development itself across a variety of touchpoints including: Branding, Landing Pages, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Development Brochure Design & Floorplan Brochure Design.
